Compliance support
CIPA and E-Rate
Schools that receive E-Rate discounts for internet access or internal connections must certify compliance with the Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA), which includes a technology protection measure (content filtering) and an internet safety policy. Virki IT can configure and manage content filtering that supports your district's CIPA policy. Your district adopts the policy and makes the certification. For E-Rate-eligible projects, we'll follow your district's competitive bidding process and E-Rate program rules.

We don't provide legal advice, and using our services doesn't by itself make an organization compliant with any law or regulation. Your compliance officer, examiner, auditor, or legal counsel makes that determination.
