You get one phone number and one company that takes responsibility.

Every plan includes endpoint protection, multi-factor authentication, and Microsoft 365 backup. We don't sell a plan without them.
Local and remote-first.
Remote support handles many issues without an onsite visit. Our team works across Western Kansas from Wichita.

$750/month minimum per client. 12-month agreement, month-to-month after that. One-time onboarding fee of 50% of one month (minimum $500), waived on 24-month agreements. Shared devices such as kiosks, shop PCs, and front-desk computers are $25/month each. Managed servers are $150/month and include image backup up to 1 TB. Microsoft 365 licenses are billed at Microsoft list price. Project work outside the plan is $135/hour during business hours and $175/hour after hours.
Network, firewall & VPN
Managed Network, Firewall & Remote Access
We pull the cable and hang the access points. Virki IT keeps the network running after the install: firewall, Wi-Fi, segmentation, and secure remote access.
Managed firewall and SD-WAN
Intrusion prevention, web filtering, firmware updates, and rule changes. Dual-internet SD-WAN with 4G/5G cellular failover helps keep a cut line from taking you offline, with alerts routed to our team.
Network segmentation (VLANs)
Cameras, access control, guest Wi-Fi, card terminals, and staff PCs can each have their own network. Segmentation also helps when you fill out PCI questionnaires.
VPN and zero-trust remote access
Site-to-site VPN connects branches. Remote staff can get per-app access with MFA and device checks. Firewall VPN with MFA is also available.
Wi-Fi design
Site surveys, predictive heat maps, and onsite validation, quoted together with Virki cabling.
Documentation
IP and VLAN plans, rack elevations, port maps tied to cable labels, firewall rules, and internet circuit details, kept up to date.

Firewall hardware is billed at cost plus 15%. Cellular backup data plans are passed through at cost.

What are your support hours?
Contact us for current help desk availability. Complete plans include after-hours emergency support.
Do you come onsite?
Yes. Secure plans include onsite visits in the Dodge City and Wichita areas. Complete plans include onsite visits across our Western Kansas service area. On Essentials, and outside the included areas, trips are billed at the project rate. Contact us to confirm coverage for your location.
Is there a minimum?
Yes, $750 per month per client. Most offices with 7 or more users on the Secure plan reach it with no extra charges.
How long is the agreement?
12 months, then month-to-month. The onboarding fee is waived on 24-month agreements.
We already have an IT person. Can you help?
Yes. Ask about co-managed support, where we handle monitoring, security, backup, or the network and your IT person keeps the rest. Contact us to discuss your needs.
Can you work with our existing firewall or Wi-Fi?
Usually, yes. We'll review it during the free assessment and tell you whether it's worth keeping.
Do you help with compliance?
We put the technical safeguards in place and document them. Complete plans include help with HIPAA and GLBA documentation. We don't provide legal advice or certify compliance. Your compliance officer, examiner, or auditor makes that call.
